Systemic Management Coaching

You become your own coach!

What is systemic-constructivistic coaching?

The secret lies in human beings and the consistent consideration of constructivism. This assumes that certain doubts are attached to the belief that knowledge and reality coincide. Constructivism postulates that knowledge is not the result of an image in the sense of discovering objectively present reality, but the result of inventing reality. The human brain does not create a photographic image of reality, but it creates its own image of the world through the use of sensory perceptions. True is what is perceived.

Through a structured and methodical approach, I help you in my role as a coach to analyze the context of your topic yourself, to recognize the resulting problems and finally to develop solutions for them. The process is reproducible and in this way creates a sustainable form of 'help for self-help'.

One crucial approach is that you already have all the skills needed for the desired changes. Therefore, the following aspects are in the foreground:
  • Trigger extended perception
  • Enable action alternatives
  • Ensure decision-making ability
I would like to empower you in your position and your concern to fully exploit your own possibilities and to make the most of your knowledge. At the end of the coaching you should be able to recognize future change requirements, define change goals and activate the necessary resources to achieve the goals.
